    I want to know about my order way bill no.59794278040 it can't reach my shipping address which i fill that address plz do something for that and when i track my order on your website it shows me like this Out of delivery area but courier can't reach at that area i think your service is fuss :-P

  2. I booked by Indigo flight from Mumbai to Bangalore NF2262873110863, on 3/10/16. But due to some unavoidable reason I had to miss my flight and had to take some other airlines to reach Bangalore. From that day onwards I called the customer cell +919910383838 (infact on the same day at 22.30 hrs I called) till today ie.. 11.10.16 for the refund of money

    I am not able to talk to any person even after holding the phone for more than half an hour

    I kindly request you to refund the money

  3. Worst experience ever.. i missed my flight because of indigo Bangalore staff
    I was reached on airport 50 min. Before but because of i usr indigo first time i don't know the counter so i was reached 5 min. On counter but they ppl don't allow me to get my boarding pass and gave me excuse that i am late i hv to reach before 45min,that time flight hvs 40min. To fly. But they don't allow me i Requested that hi hv urgent work but they refuse everything... there r 5 to 8 pls hv same experience. I will never use this flight and they ppls also told same thing . They hv to be sm polite.
    and wn i ask about my refund they ignore it.... now i lost my complete fare also....
    Now i hv sm hope with yatra.Com to get my refund.

  7. Worst airlines. Personally advise not to use even indigo free tickets. Don't believe what hidden terms & conditions. As a s/w professionals in top 5 MNC, I am advising don't go with indigo instead of very good deal. They have a lot of hidden information and terms & condition ,which you will came out once you will be hang with them

    My family members are frequent flier of Indigo (domestic) and Delhi is a crowded terminal and in addition me and my family are new to Delhi airport. I had a worst experience to share with you. On last 12/12/2017 I took a ticket for me, 1. Mr. Swapan Debbarma [PNR No ICYF2J, Sector DEL(06:50)-CCU(09:00),{Indigo 6E-219, }, CCU(12:55)-IXA(14:05){Indigo 6E-293}]& my son 2. Mr. Sun Xavier Debbarma AND 3. Mr. Breznev Debbarma [PNR No IIJF8U, Sector DEL(06:50)-CCU(09:00),{Indigo 6E-219, }, CCU(12:55)-IXA(14:05){Indigo 6E-293}], please refer to attachment-1 and attachment 2, through EaseMyTrip.com.
    Total 3 (three) passengers.

    On the day of fly, we reached domestic terminal-1 by 6:06am and could collect the boarding passes by 6:17am from indigo domestic counter H-8 (the H-8 counter madam did not alert us for the hurry/shortage of time or no sign for boarding) and after long queues of security checking we somehow reached the 23E gate and objected to enter for boarding, stating that we are late by 10 minutes. The clock was ticking 6:23am according to my watch. And we were requested to report H-5 counter. Then we were made to follow a ground staff of Indigo to H-5. Then the H-5 Miss took away our issued boarding passes (DEl-CCU and CCU-IXA)x3=6 boarding passes. And ask to make rescheduling of tickets. I thought that the rescheduling might be without charges. But she requested me to pay Rs9,163.00+ Rs9,163.00 + Rs6,899.00 = Rs25,225.00. So due to tensed moment I made the payment through my ICICI Credit card. Plz refer to attachment-1A,attachment-1B, and attachment-2A. Then she handed me another 6(six) numbers of boarding passes to me for same causes as mentioned above but the time for fly was different than that of previous boarding passes. Plz refer to attachment-3 and attachment-4.

    So, finding no other way we boarded at the fly time of 0950 of 6E-591(DEL-CCU) and 1430 of 6E-892(CCU-IXA) with tensed and grief minds.

    So, my queries are as follows: 1. The issuing H-8 counter could have alerted me for highest short period time for boarding while she was handing the boarding passes.
    2. There should have been at-least an urgent or final call for us, as because (like in CCU), the boarding passes were alloted with seat numbers.
    3. Suggestion for emergency passengers: special priority may be given to the emergency passengers for security check after collection of boarding pass. as because, once the boarding pass has been handed to passenger means the passenger is in the time jurisdiction of that flight organization as seat is alloted for that passenger.

    4. Request for refund of Rs. 25,225.00 or next chance to get tickets sector from IXA-DEL, for three passengers​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ in the last week of March 2018.
