as i belong to a middle class family and i cant risk my future
struggling in Mumbai for an Bright future and success. Just because i

So my first story is that an guy(abhay) who was abandoned/almost
killed by his family(includes his brother,mother and uncle), and
before killing him his family also told him that how they killed his 7
month pregnant wife because she refused to sighn property papers, but
at the very moment they were toturing abhay his pa came into room and
starts shouting and screaming help help help than a bullet is shot and
she layed down on the ground dead than after and they thrown him away
in river but somehow he survived and went to mountains to live a life
free of all society and household issues, to live a life where there
are no brothers and relatives who can betray you. but living in
mountain was not so easy so tried hard to make him so tough to face
his new life but there he came to know that his wife and son are alive
and are being facing a lot of torture and scolding from his family so
he decided to kill all those people who tried to kill them and his
wife, those people who betrayed him just because of property so went
back to city killed his brother mother and uncle but there his servant
told him that your wife is missing from the day you were missing and
your family was trying so hard to find you and your wife but they
never get a clue and you killed your own family your loving ones than
abahy starts whipping like child and ask his servant that how you know
all this than his servant told him that he was out for shopping and
there he received an call from an unknown lady and she told him to
stop you before its too late because main culprit of all this mess was
someone else and she also told me to tell you that you will get your
all answer's by tracing her mobile no. and here it is her mobile no.
from which i received the call go and find the culprit and kill him
than abhay went to the address where the phone was last active and
when he reached there what he that lady was his own ............. and
than she told him why she did all this to him.
sir if like the concept than please allow me to tell you full story
that which lady was she and why she did all this. the whole story was
really interesting and you will definitely like it so please sir give
me chance prove my talent.
my other stories little outlining are-
one is about an guy who was mentally and physically unstable and he
faced a lot of problems till he succeeds in inventing an syrum which
can cure dna of an mentally unstable children below age group of ten.
his syrum can cure the unnecessary changes in dna and can make the
children's totally normal.
and one is about indo china war on an area which is than restricted
and sealed to stop entering by both governments . but Indian
intelligence gave an report that some government officials of china
are infiltrating into the borders illegally and setting up troops to
get control of that area but the problem is that china government
doesn't know about it and India cannot blame them for this because
this was whole planning of those Chinese officials who hates India and
want full control over the area so they Indian officials decided to
send some most skilled and killer squad to sent in the restricted area
secretly and kill all those troopers but unfortunately even after
mission was success full none of the Indian returned because all were
dead in cold war and two of them who survived were gone somewhere in
peace without informing Indian government.
and there are lot more so sir please give me chance to make my career
in script writing i have a lot of fresh and different ideas.

Boss said to do wrongs and poor works and also said why are you fear I’m always with you. He and his boss worked as client side engineer, but his boss always sported contractors. He didn’t understand this type boss behavior. Contractors were managing and providing all rescores like raw material, labour and engineer, who responsible for fast constructions work. Clients mean who engineer responsible for management and quality constructions works. The boy and his boss were clients but his boss sported to contractors for wrong works.
He and his coworker of NIIT were new so they always fallow their boss orders because they assumed boss is always right. They worked very hard like labours. Their clothes were dirtiest to and they looked like a bagger. They worked day & night, Sunday & holiday .They done a lot of overtime without got any overtime working money. In outer country over time work is personal choice and anyone can’t force whereas in India its force bale. Many times their boss said that go and passes the structure when he and his friend went there they found a lot of mistake. They said to boss but he said that leave mistake and passes the structure. They weren’t understood why their boss sported contractors. Structure like column, beam, footing, slab etc..The boy and his friend were responsibilities to check dimension, steel &bar arrangement, plumb bob, layout, spot and many more work.
Boss always abused to their but they didn’t do anything, because they were feared. Boss lifted wrong benefits their poorness. They worked as BANDUAA LABOUR. BANDUAA LABOUR means that in history buy a human for work for whole life in limit amount; he worked hard all life and died. Their boss always said that go work with contractors and help them. If have a any mistake in contractor works in case boss abused to boy and his friend and said what are you doing at site while it was responsibility to contractors but he didn’t said anything to contractors. Many times pour card and work wasn’t completed but their boss said go and do fast work they weren’t understood because fast work responsibility of contractors but always they behave fast work not responsibility of there. The boy felled he’s like dog, pig and donkey. Boss said to bark then barked the boy, he worked like donkey and he worked dirtiness like pig. Boss always said that abused labor and small worker. After some time the boy understood his boss had taken money by contractor for passing fail structure. The boy worked like contractor because his boss and boss of boss had taken money in LAC. Contractor engineer and manager took rest, they didn’t worry about work progress and also quality because they gave money to bosses of client side. That time had made situation of boy was responsible both of quality and work progress in case of contractor side engineer didn’t give respect to him. Many times the boy and his boss their self did the work because contractor engineer became invisible, it had become because boss of boss had taken money from contractor.
After some time the boy feel ad his boss had a little knowledge of construction site for her have fake degree although he had project manager, provided to give help in wrong work by his bosses. Many times he asked quotations about constructions or site her boss he became feared and angry and said that you learn yourself and run away, the boy very shocked why not gave any answer his boss. The boy had known his boss had fake degree.

We think if any fake degree person handle construction work so what will do building future. The boys boss was giant and his boss nothing to worry about people life. The boy was working regularly 2 year 9am to 10 pm without any overtime money.
His boss had many relative at the side. All relative had fake degree. All relative were roaming at the side like a king. They nothing did any work at the side. Even they had many talk to here to there. One of them had a rape.
His boss did wrong work and dirty politics to support of relatives. All other staff and worker did work while boss relatives took rest and did dirty politics. Friends you think about which side have a lot of politics where anybody how could to do work? But until the boy worked hard but for his hard work meet by his boss abuse. He feels that he does any big mistake and he had broken down by emotionally. He thought that he had an engineer or labour.
His boss treats like the boy had an animal like dog donkey and pig. His boss many times said monkey and abusing him.
If the boy want learn anything like swimming, English language, car drawing etc in this case is not had few times. Evenly the boy joined English coaching classes 7 pm to 8 pm by very hardly but his boss not gave permission, so boy had sad. The boy had left the English coaching because his boys said that he fired to him, so boy had to do overtime work. His boss always said that do overtime otherwise you Will fire. The boy dint understands what to do. His life made very difficult and critical.
One time boy took a room with his uncle son from far to side aground 20, k.m. so for come to side he took 3 hours because that time he had not bike. He had come to side by change 2_3 time sharing auto and bus. He had wait maximum time for sharing auto and bus because personal auto had very costly. The boy went his boss to take permission for leaving after 6pm but his boss abusing and run out. The boy woke-up at 5 am and before 6am he left room because he had taken 3 to 3.30 hours to reach at site. He did work 9 am to 8 pm then after 3 more hours had reached for room and cooked food and ate. He had slept after next day 1am. Day of next has same process so he had very tired.
But the boy worked hard day and night in coldest and warmest weather regularly .many time the boy had spent all night at side in very coldest weather. There had reached in warm above 48c and in
colder below 0c.the boy went to his boss to beg some rest for food his boss had abused always some time after the boy understood so he left to beg rest and he worked without ate.

The boy boss company Scorpio used for his personal always. Boss of boss also used the Scorpio for his personal use like lodging materials, labour, other things and marketing. Both of were dirty mind. Both of were thief. Boss of boss had constructed his house by used of company Scorpio, materials and labours. Both were very rascals.
The boy boss had a fake degree so his boss does a lot of mistakes. Boss always asked to NIIT student for work and drawings. Boss couldn't did soil test. Boss had done a lot of dirty and wrong work at site.
Following are rewritten.

14 bosses had always abusing to workers and engineers.
15 bosses had used site materials, labour, vocals’ and more things for their profit while it didn't permission to use for personal.

31 in summer when temperature reached above 45c that time workers and labors did worked without wear hand gloves. They worked without tent and glucose water.
32 after one year the boy had a site engineer from get. But this time came resections in market and the boss did a lot of wrong work. Bosses said to do more overtime and dirty work otherwise he will fire. Market had down and unemployment increase so everyone do overtime and dirty work for fear of firing the job. Boss has made crueler. So the boy had very sad. His life had made heartily accident.
The boy had a site engineer but salary increment only 7% so salary increase but after detection came less salary compare to GET salary.
Thanks to all NIIT friends for their revolution until the boy had not found 50 % increments. The boy knows NIIT employees are very talented and hardworking.
ReplyDeleteSecond side of contractor workers salary late above 3 months so workers took lends money to mange life. We think what about workers family conditions which were depending of them. It was very critical condition of workers and their family.
After one year the food reimbursement had stopped and said that if anybody want to live in job then do overtime without any extra payment. Already the boy worked without overtime time now also stopped food reimbursement. Food reimbursement found when anyone stayed after 10 pm .all pantry facilities had also stopped. Bosses did more abusing. Bosses did more dirty work. Bosses did dirty politics. Bosses were more curling. Boss torture the boy by physically, mentally and emotionally. The boy had broken down.
The boy and his NIIT friend realized this is unfair so they were revolution in case of the boy worked 9am to 6 pm. Bosses were very angry .Boss met contractor side and had bad politics. Contractors called for chalking any structures after 5.30 pm and above lunch time. Checking process was running 2-3 hours so automatically his overtime done. The boy had revolution continue, many times his boss said that if u doesn’t do overtime I will fire you but he didn't break down but the boy had transfers at other site by his boss.
This new side was more dangerous and critical. The boy again reached dark world.
When building complete half that time had pressure of quality, mechanical, plumbing and landscapes for do all remaining work. Also higher management gave pressure to improve quality of construction. Now what to do because boss had many mistakes in past so boss do color paint on dirty works.
Every good work also failed by bosses. If gave money by contractor to boss which structures will be passed.
One time his boss said that this slabs do pass otherwise I will fire you. That time slab was not complete then boy stayed above 11.00pm but slab was not complete, many works were remaining so boy call his boss and said that sir slab is not complete what I do? Boss replied passed the slab and cut phone. Boy can't understand what do because he passed slab then could broke down slab. The boy failed the slab and came to room. When next day boy came he saw slab concrete had done.
Some after time when slab was di-shuttering that time boy and his boss saw many blunders in slab. Boss was very angry and said to boy this is your fault. The boy very slowly said to his Boss sir I said that in past it hadn't completed but it had done concrete, Boss had very angry and abused to boy very badly.
The boy understood which slab black money found by contractor to his boss which slab had to passed otherwise it failed. The boy felted very angry. He did job 9 to 6. So some after he transfers.
When he transferred other site the boy taught good day came but some after time boy found that there had a lot of dirty work. There had stayed full night many times. The boy came at New site at 9 am and went to site after 10 pm many times if had concrete then boy stayed all night for concrete .while concrete is not client work it's contractor work. The boy was a client engineer but he had worked as contractor because his new boss gets black money from contractor. Contractors also provided a flat his new boss so boss worked according to contractor. At New site also had very wrong and dirty work. There were not fallow any rules and regulations like old site. Once time the boy wasn't came at Holi festival then his boss had very angry and abused. The boy very shocked he feels like BANDUA MAJDUR. The boy understood his old and new site same but one different at old site done dirty work without pore card signature and at new site dirty work done with signature.

Every person have two life personal and professional but company when hire any employees it thinks that it had bought both personal and professional life times of employee. It is again labour law and human rights. It is very shame full.
Company treat of employees like they have things and company use any type and any time. It is very bad and heartily. Company treats employees like any animals. In our India have all rules and regulations for human rights and labour but why don't fallow many company.
In other YOROP country and other countries if any boss calls after work time in case of police will arrest. Any company force for do overtime in case of company blocked and locked by police and law. If any employees stay after work time in case of hr ask questions why are stays after work time and beg apologize latter.
If any employees work at holiday in case of company will give double duty and one day leave also but this choice of only employees company could not force to overtime and holiday work.
In India all things have opposite.
After 2, years the boy worked hard regularly but not meets any results to boy. The boy health was bad. The boy digestion system had become bad. The boy suffered for mental problems.
Company gave targets which target hadn't complete any time because target had much but while the boy worked a lot of so company very sharpest which gave impossible targets to achieve.
Now the boy did 9am to 6 pm job but his boss don't like unless boy had stand for his revolution. The boy had suffered from mentally and physically very badly so the boy what to did?
In March 2015 came self appraisal results and the boy found 0% increment with b grade because the boy didn't work overtime. The boy had very sad but he had to stand for his revolution.

Now start the story the boy had stood his revolution. Some after time hr have called the boy and said that you leave job otherwise we'll fire you. The boy went to VP said all story then VP said that if want to do job 8 hours why don't do government job and also said that company have not here to make your future, The boy said that I have not here to make company future, I m human not a machine, I m not BANDUA MAJDUR.
The boy had broken down so he left the job but he had angered his boss and company so he decided to revenge. Now start a story of revenge and a big worldwide revolution.

ReplyDeleteMy son is a final year student of B.Architecture at Bharati Vidyapeeth deemed university, Pune. After B. Arch he is keen to study his masters on “Set Design” at some University at U.S.A. Set Design is a combination of art and architecture and applicable to cinema , theatre, TV show .There is no such university in our country to study on this subject . If he get a chance to study on that particular subject, he may shine and may contribute something to movie world. I am a retired Govt. of India employee. I already have spent round about rupees fifteen lacs for his study and stay at Pune
Now I am unable to bear the cost of his further study. May I appeal for any assistance regarding study of my son at abroad.

Hello sir. I respect aamir sir and admire him the most. I wanna directly come to point and i am writing this to let him know about the current situations of the college and universities in india. We students are facing the worst problems because of the college and university internal issues which we have nothing to do with. The education system has become totally a buisness at all and everyone is mixed with each other. People having money can solve their issues any how but the middle class students literally loose their years and money in education and still we get no outputs. I have faced worst issues because of the college and university(BAMU UNIVERSITY, AURANGABAD) issues and had already lost 2 years because of this in my course. I got insulted by the university peoples in worst treatments than the beggers when i went their only to discuss my problems with them. I want you peoples to take a strict action on this issues and this issue is being dealt by almost students with their colleges and universities in India. Best country with worst education systems.
