Where To Find Customer ID In Axis Bank App?

Here are the steps on how to find your Customer ID in the Axis Bank app:

• Open the Axis Bank app on your phone.
• Tap on the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the screen.
• Select Account Details.
• Scroll down to the Customer ID section. Your Customer ID will be displayed as a 9-digit number.

On your welcome letter and cheque book: Your Customer ID will be mentioned on the welcome letter and cheque book that you received from Axis Bank when you opened your account.

By SMS: You can send an SMS to 56161600 with the text "CUSTD <account number>". Your Customer ID will be sent back to you as an SMS.

By calling Axis Bank customer care: You can call Axis Bank customer care at 1800 425 9999 and request for your Customer ID.
